I have 300 SSR points that are good for reservations between 2/1/2010 and 1/31/2011 available for transfer. I will consider requests for a minimum of 200 points for transfer only and a price of $10 per point.

I hope I will not be bugging you for asking a probably dumb question. Fam and I are planning a DWV in Nov of 2010 and would love the tree house villas. Could I rent your points for such a villa?

I have no problem answering questions.

At this point, I am trying to do a transfer of points to another DVC member rather than renting the points out. Transfers are easier because once they are done, the points belong to the new member and nothing more is required of the seller.

If I would consider a rental, I could book it at 11 months prior to the dates you want in November, no earlier. That would involve you providing me with a down payment and have all of the names of the people traveling with you at the time of booking (could be modified later if necessary). I would make the reservation and we would agree on a date for payment in full. If you need to add the dining plan or Magic Express, I would have to do all of that for you so it really is just easier to do the transfer.
