Fancy a weekend studio stay or want to add on a night or two to an existing reservation? We recently closed on a PVB resale contract (Oct UY) that has 8 banked points from 2023. I am willing to borrow up to 32 additional points from 2024 to complete a max. 40-point reservation concluding on or before 9/30/24. Asking $17 pp.
As these are resale points, they can be used to book at any resort EXCEPT RIV, VDH, and CFW. The points cannot be transferred.
Please provide the following information so I can confirm availability and points required:
1. Check-in/out dates
2. DVC resort(s) in order preferred
3. Room type (studio, 1BR, etc.)
4. View (standard, preferred, etc. if it is an option)
This is my first rental transaction, but I have been a DVC member since 2019 and am an active participant on the Boards (please reference my posting history). I will provide a rental contract for you to return before I confirm the reservation, and payment terms are as follows:

- 50% prepayment for any reservations requiring more than 8 borrowed points
