So you're looking for a studio unit for 3 nights? I can check the availability and let you know tomorrow. Any particular resort you're looking for? Depending on the resort, the points required will vary but you're looking at less than 40 points.

Just 1 night. I checked the 19th for another request few days back and back then, Old Key West and Saratoga Springs resorts were available.
