Can those points be used the last full week in July

I would have to borrow them into this use year and it can be done, but it would have to be a final transaction since the points would expire July 31st if they aren't used.

do you mean trade?? I have 230 in my aug 2012 year but have to travel in july 2010. Can we trade points and then can I borrow those 2011 points that would have been transferred to me( and mine to you) to use in july?
