I'm looking to sell my points due to buying a new home this year. I'm going to need all the available funds I can get for my dream home

Not sure if you got my reply from a few minutes ago, my computer was doing something weird and I can't tell if it went through.

We are looking to rent points for a vacation this coming winter. Tentatively, we would like to check-in on 01-Jan-10 and check-out on 05-Jan-10. We would prefer to stay at the Animal Kingdom Villas with Savannah View. By my calculation that works out to 170 points but don't mind paying for the entire 175 that you are offering. We also would like to also purchase the Disney Dining package through you as well.


- I assume that PayPal would be a good way to make payment. We can likely make the entire payment pretty soon if that's the case.

- Is it okay to purchase the Dining Plan through you even if we don't purchase park tickets at the same time? I know that it isn't allowed normally but I heard that it is okay when going through the DVC.

- We are first-timers at renting through DVC, are there any other questions that people normally ask?

I can currently book SSR on or before April 27, 2010. I can book any other DVC Resort on or before December 27, 2009.
