They can be either rented or transferred.

Also I can now make an 11 month booking at the Beach Club and this will include the Thanksgiving period or Halloween.

The 11 month window does not actually open until December 17th (1st day of check in). Let me know if you want me to check again next week.

90 Points still remaining. But I can rent from next year is someone requires more than 90 points.

Also remember if you really want to stay at the Beach Club over Halloween or Thanksgiving it is only someone who has Beach Cluub points can make a booking there at the 11 month window.
