Wow... that's not much time. What do you want--studio, 1 bedroom? Which resort? I would have to get a check and have it clear before I'd make a reservation inside of the 30-day window... it's a little too close for comfort for me. You'd really need someone who was willing to risk a lot of points going into holding if you changed your mind after the reservation was made. Let me know what you're thinking, and I'll at least make the call for you tomorrow when MS is open. I can take PayPal with cash, but you'd need to pay the fee. None of those resorts has all the nights you requested--mostly a couple of nights here and there. Saratoga Springs does have those nights available for 109 points.

Yes, any and all of those options ARE available at Vero Beach for the nights you requested. He calculated Garden View at 64 points, others were correct.

For both of you, if you'd like for me to make these reservations, please email me your info (send to kimszath@aol.com, versus posting it here in public!): first and last names of all parties, plus ages of those under 18.

My standard terms for anything over 50 points:
$500 nonrefundable deposit due within two weeks (reservation will be canceled if payment not received)
Balance due not later than 60 days prior to arrival date
Anything received in excess of deposit will be refunded to you if you cancel at least 45 days prior to arrival date
Checks returned for insufficient funds will result in cancellation of reservation and a public notice made on the DIS Forums.
I will do my very best to make special requests for you, but you must understand that Disney does not guarantee special requests.
Requests for Disney Dining Plan must be made and/or canceled not later than 3 days prior to arrival.
Requests for Disney's Magical Express must be made not less than three weeks prior to arrival to allow for time to convey flight info, and for Disney to get your paperwork and baggage tags to you.

Hi Kim,

We are new to this process and wanted to check and see if you could help us with points for a Disney World vacation at the Boardwalk Villas? We have 4 in our family 2 adults and 2 children ages 13 yrs. & 8 yrs. old. We'd like to go either May 23rd - May 27th or June 13th - June 17th. I checked points for a standard view room in May and it was 52 pts. and if upgraded to the next level 60 pts.. I forgot to check on point amounts needed for June. We'd also like some sort of meal plan but didn't know if that all just needed to be booked when we made ticket reservations for the park ourselves or just how that works. My brother and sister-in-law used the vacation club rental and had a great experience. I am hoping we will too. Anyway, thank you in advance for getting back to us.
