I would need the names of everyone staying and ages of any kids. I would also need your home address and phone number. And since this is within 31 days, I would need to have us both sign a contract before booking it. Only because my points go into a totally different account in the event you would have to cancel and I have a risk of losing those points. Would that be ok?

We have OKW Points for rent. We have 300 points to rent out at $11 per point. These are good through 11/30/12. Please let me know the dates you are looking at checking in/checking out, which resorts you prefer (list in order of preference), type of room you are looking for, and how many people are in your party (including kids ages).

Our point rental is non refundable. We have rented out our points in the past and have had complete success in doing so.

NOTE: We will be going out on the Disney Dream from 1/12-1/15, so any requests sent to me those days will be replied to on 1/15 or 1/16.

I think you are looking to stay in a Studio at any of the resorts and check out on May 25th by the way you are listing the points. So that's what I looked up.

Animal Kingdom has Standard View Studios and Savannah View Studios available at Kidani Village and Jambo House. The Standard View would be 80 points and the Savannah View would be 104 points.

Saratoga Springs has Deluxe Studios available for 93 points.

Wilderness Lodge has Deluxe Studios available for 100 points.

Bay Lake Tower is NOT available for those dates.

Beach Club Villas are NOT available for those dates.

I'm not sure if it would be too complicated for me to book 5 nights & have you book the last or first night of our stay....?

I'm sorry, we just joined DVC last month & I'm trying to figure all this out. I'm going to have to discuss renting/transfer with DH. I'll probably have to check back with you in a couple days & see if you have anythign left.

That's ok. I transferred points once and it turned out a big mess. I thought I could transfer them into a current use year and they got transferred into that member's next use year. She couldn't borrow them. It was just a mess. And I'm renting my points from my Dec.2012 use year so if I try to transfer I'm afraid they would go into your next use year and just defeat the whole purpose. But id be willing to help you by booking a night at the beginning or end of your stay and then we would link the reservations together so the resort knows to keep you in the same room. . Just let me know if you want to do that after you've discussed it with your DH.
