I added a new UY and have 365 points for rent/transfer. I have an agreement and am very easy to work with.

100-200 = $13pp+3% paypal fee
200-300 = $12pp+3% paypal fee
300-350 = $11pp+3% paypal fee

FYI, I checked with BLT today for myself and there is actually space available now that wasn't on first day of booking (2 hours later)

Max time is 11 months out, so a trip in May 2010, could be booked in June/July.

We are in the VERY beginning stages of our search. This is a first for me. From what I have been able to figure, we need 215 points for a studio from 07/03/2009 thru 07/11/2009. What are the chances of getting a reservation for this time? How do you expect payment? What percentage do you want at time reservation is received?
