We have 40 points in holding (expiring Apr. 2009), so reservations must be made 60 days or less prior to travel.

We also have 21 points that we can borrow from 2010.

Home resort is Old Key West. We're new to this board and DVC but not to renting and can provide reviews from people who have rented a FL property from us.

I'm interested in a studio at the Boardwalk or Beach Club for 3 nights (Feb 9, 10, and 11). I think it will require 33 points at the Boardwalk and 39 at the Beach Club. Are either of these a possibility? Thank you for your help.

Hi, we are going to be in Disney around Dec 24-28 for 4 night. I am not sure how the DVC renting work.
I wonder if the point is still available? How many points do we need for a 4 nights stay for 12/24-27? Is there a web site that we can check the availability and points needed for DVC?

Only Disney can check availability.

I do not have enough points for a Dec. 24 to 27 reservation. We could do:

Old Key West Dec. 22 to 25 (Check out on the 26th: 46 pts)
Saratoga Springs: Dec. 22 to 25 (Check out on the 26th: 56 pts)
