Closed- Points for Rent 60 pts BLT @ $10

I have 60 to 80 points at BLT for rent at $10 per point.
I also have more points if needed.

I can book any resort now up to the 7 month window and 11 months at BLT, (currently we are in July booking period).


I have rented several times and have been a DVC member for many years, I can also provide references.

We are.

We have a grand villa booked at SSR for December 11-18, but we're arriving a couple of days earlier and I haven't booked rooms for us yet.

If you don't mind checking, we'd like 2 studios for the nights of Dec. 9th and 10th

#1 choice: 2 value studios at AKV = 42 points
#2 choice: 2 standard studios at BWV = 52 points
#3 choice: I guess we'll just have to wait and see what's available (if anything)

If you want, you could call again today to see if anything came open for December 9th and 10th. I mean....you never know, right? We'd still want 2 value studios at AKV if possible, or 2 standard studios at BWV.

Hmmmm, I wonder what the heck is going on December 9th? The only thing I know that's going on is Pop Warner football/cheerleading, but I didn't think it would affect the DVC resort occupancy in any way. Of course, December has always been a popular time at DVC resorts, so I guess it's just the luck of the draw.

I don't own DVC so I have no idea how the point system works. I'm planning a trip to Disney Beach Club for the end of October 2010. If I purchased your points, how does that work towards my stay.
(i.e how many points is a week at Disney Beach Club - 1 Bedroom going to cost me total) I'm actually planning on going for 10 days..tentatively arriving 10/28/10 and leaving 11/6 or 11/7
