These are available for rent, not transfer. You'll pay for the exact number of points you need for your reservation. These enjoy home resort priority booking at Bay Lake Tower, which means they can be used for Bay Lake Tower between 7 and 11 months, or other resorts under 7 months. I only rent points every few years, so I am definitely not a commercial renter. That said, I do have a contract for you to sign. You'll pay via PayPal friends and family. I do not offer refunds. I've rented through DISBoards in the past, and have been active on it (restaurants, and the DVC member boards) for about a decade, so you can check me out.
160 points will get you about a week in a BLT studio at most times of the year, or a 1BR for about 4 days at most times of the year. I encourage you to look at points charts to determine your need is 160 points or less before contacting me.
The process with me is that you ask for dates and resorts. I'll get back to you with availability and the price. You'll respond telling me which you want, and I'll book it in your name and send you the reservation number. You're then on the clock to send me payment within 24 hours. If you don't pay within 24 hours, I cancel the reservation. If you find you need to change the reservation, I'll work with you to re-book it (no charge), subject to availability, and recognizing that your new reservation must conclude by 11-30-25. I had a couple who changed twice because their wedding date changed, and then they needed to change the trip dates again because one could not get vacation until a later date.
