340 Animal Kingdom villa points to rent. 210 are banked points from 08 UY and expire on Sept 30th 2010.

So 210pts cannot be used before October 1, 2009 but the other 130pts can be borrowed for reservations as early as May. These are Kidani points and cannot be used prior to the official opening of Kidani.

These points are currently tied to a 2bd AKV reservation for Oct so I'll hold off canceling that reservation in the off chance someone is looking for the time frame they are booked for but I am willing to check any dates that the points are valid for.

I wouldn't be able to transfer that many points. My UY base points are 210 @ AKV and I don't believe you are able to transfer banked/borrowed points(correct me if I'm wrong!). If it doesn't matter where the points are I should be able to transfer that many between my other contracts. Just let me know.

I will let you know if the other parties fall through.

I'm only waiting on 2 ppl right now to decide either way but the points are currently tied to an AKV 2bedroom reservation from Oct 1-Oct 10, the first 2 nights in concierge and the remaining in a 2bedroom standard view. So it would be very easy to drop the concierge portion and the first couple nights of the standard view and tack on 1 extra night and just change the name from ours to yours.

As long as April is 7mths out from when you are traveling. It's setup with 11mth home resort booking then 7mths for any resort.
