I have rented all of my points. Thank you for your interest.

My wife and I have been vacation club members since 1993. We are members at OKW, VB and SSR. For the first dozen or so years we used all of our points and have personally stayed at OKW, SSR, BCV, Wilderness Lodge, Vero Beach and Hilton Head. However, now that my two boys are a bit older we have found it necessary to rent some of our points. I have successfuly completed about 8 rental transactions and every one has been wonderful (for the renters and my family).

If you are interested, I would be pleased to help you plan your dream Disney trip. I will use my personal experience to help you have the best trip possible.

I have points available for the following:

• OKW - I have 234 points available at OKW. These points can be used to book a reservation at OKW for a stay during the next 11 months or any DVC property for a stay in the next 7 months.

JSTROZ,
You have a couple of options:
1) you can find someone on this board that is renting points at AKL or WL. As owners they are allowed to check availability 11 months prior to your check-in date. Since I did not purchase my points at AKL or WL, I have to wait until the 7 month booking window (as of today I can check for a reservation that starts 9/6 at any DVC property where I am not an owner.
2) you can consider another property. For instance, since I own at OKW, I can check availability there for a reservation with a check-in date of 1/6/10 or earlier. A 2BR at OKW would require 294 points (based on availability of course).
3) you can look for someone who may have an existing reservation for those dates that can not go. That happens on once in awhile but it will be pretty hard to find an exact match for the location, room size and dates you are requesting.
