Hi there,

I have 220 points to rent with the home resorts of AKV or GCV, and can make reservations for up to 11 months at these resorts. I can book any other DVC resort also but only 7 months out. Price is $11 firm. I have a standard rental contract that I have used in the past and works well. Lots of references available on request of previous happy renters. Paypal or V/MC ok. Not a rental company, just someone with lots of DVC points.

I am interested in about 60-95 points (depending on location) for a studio in WDW for June 12 -17 for my daughters 18th birthday/ graduation. My points are all tied up for a future cruise. I am finding very limited availability at most resorts so if you are flexible with either the dates or size of the unit OR even the resort, I would appreciate it. I have been able to book 3 of the requests so far because none of the others have been fully available.

I sent PMs to those I have booked. I do have more points left so I am trying to get others done.
