$9.75 per point
50% upon delivery of written confirmation from DVC for the reservation
50% remaining balance 60 days prior to check-in
I will take paypal but there will be an additional 3% charge

I will provide:
Proof of ownership through Orange County FL web site
Contract (standard downloaded off DISBoard)
Reference

If the terms above are acceptable, I will need:

Names of everyone in party with ages for children
Address
Phone number
Flight info if you have it

We are VERY interested in renting some of your points! We are looking for 297 points for a Treehouse Villa from 9/3 to 9/12/09. Our family has 6 adults & 2 kids. We currently have a 2 bdr villa booked with free dining for these dates but would much prefer to stay at the new treehouses if it's at all possible. Do you think it's do-able? We've never rented DVC points before & are not too familiar with how things work.
