These points are only good at Saratoga Springs Resort (SSR) at Walt Disney World, the Disneyland Hotel, or Resorts International. They must be used by 3 October 2009.

I am asking $9/point or best offer. The more points you need, the more I am willing to consider your offer at a lower price per point.

I have been a DVC renter, so understand the renter's viewpoint/concerns. I am willing to explain the process to new renters. I’ll check available dates and work with you. And if you want help, I’ll give you the tips we’ve learned about making the most of a Disney trip.

If you want the Disney Dining Plan, or other services, I’m happy to help you with that.

Certainly, I'd be willing to do that. Checking IN July 7 is clear, but do you mean checking OUT July 14 (123 pts) or July 15 (136 pts)?

I'd be interested in any resort for check-in on 3/28 and check-out on 4/4, for 3 adults and 3 infants. Prefer a one bedroom. I've been told the infants in cribs don't count towards my party count. Have never rented DCV before so would appreciate your help.

Triplets -- you are brave Saratoga would be a great place to stay though for you, since it has a very nice spa.

Unfortunately, a 1 bdrm checking in on Sat, March 28, 2009 and checking out on Sat, April 4, 2009 is 243 points -- and I only have 200. So I can't help if you are committed to these dates.

Since you mentioned you haven't done this before, may I suggest you think about arriving a day later or leaving a day early? Friday & Saturday nights use MANY more points than Sunday thru Thursday. For example, a 1 bdrm checking in on Sat, March 28, 2009 and checking out on Fri, April 3, 2009 is only 189 points.

You can see the points charts and calculate how many you need at sites like http://tagrel.com. Of course, I'll be happy to tell you how many you need too.

I regret to say that a 2 bdrm for those dates is 285 points; a 3 bdrm is 607. I only have 200 points available.

There are several folks who rent very large numbers of points. I think that they would be a better choice, especially for the 607.

Yes, they are still available. I have a couple of seriously interested folks, and I will use "first come first served".

You didn't mention what size room. For SSR checking in on Wed, April 1, 2009 and checking out on Tue, April 7, 2009:

Studio: 118
1bdrm: 234
2bdrm: 298
Grand Villa: 662

I only have 200 points -- did you want a studio, or did you want me to try to find more points?

I would like queen with bunk option if possible, and will also need a crib. Two adults with a 9, 7, and 2 year old.

Goodness Marinanna, I don;t think I can pull that off with these points. There is a delay in the reservation loop with Developer's points.

I recommend trying someone who has non-Developer's points to rent, and moving quickly.
