Closed Points for Rent 145pts SSR and DLR only $8.50

I had them listed before but due to my DS having surgery I was not a good Disser and forgot to update. So now that DS is healthy and back to school. I can focus more on this.

We have 145 points left from our Developer points. Due to his surgery and missing so much school we will not be able to use them. They are good at SSR and DLR ONLY. They are also only good until Oct 3rd 2009 so they need to be used before then. We are asking $8.50 per point. We will require a deposit of 25% at the time confirmation is recieved and the rest 60 days before travel.

Yes I am interested for the SSR for the dates of April 18 to April 24 for 1 adult and 2 children. My son is 2 yrs old and my daughter is 5 years old. I also want the deluxe dining plan for us. I will need the magical express transportation at the airport because we are flying in. How much is a one bedroom or a studio for those dates?
