I am not a broker
we just have not used our points and I now have 1200 points for rent. This would be perfect for family reunions or large family gatherings! My home resorts are Boardwalk, Old Key West and Vero Beach. I can reserve at these resorts as far as 11 months out. I can also reserve at all the other DVC resorts 7 months out. There are no taxes or any other fees. I can reserve Disney Dining for you as well (requires payment when reserved) and free Magical Express service to and from the airport.

In order to check availability, I will need the following information:
Date of anticipated arrival
Date of anticipated departure
Resort Preference(s) (OKW, BWV, AKV, BCV, VWL, etc.)
Room Preference(s) (studio, 1 BR, 2 BR, 3 BR Grand Villa)
Number of people in party (Adults & Children)
Please be sure to include an email and phone #.
To make the reservation, I will also need:
Your address
Names of all people in your party
Ages of children in the party
Indicate if you would like to enroll in the meal plan
I am happy to transfer points but given the one transfer per year rule, I would like to do a minimum transfer of 500 points.
