Resort order of preference:
BWV Preferred studio = 39 points
BWV Standard studio = 33 points
BCV studio = 39 points

We MAY decide to upgrade to a 1 bdrm if available.

BWV Preferred 1bdrm= 84 points
BWV Standard 1bdrm= 66 points
BCV 1bdrm= 84 points
