I am just about sold out of my 2011 points, but I can borrow from 2012 points and make any reservation from now until June 2012.

I still have to limit my rentals to 100 point requests or more.

Yes, but I would need to limit my transfer to 250 point requests or more. As you know, DVC limits us to only one transfer per year and I own more than 1,000 points (combination SSR and BLT).

1st choice: Boardwalk Villas – Standard view at 159 points or Preferred view at 178 points
2nd choice: Beach Club Villas – at 178 points
3rd choice: Bay Lake Towers – Standard view at 180 points

February 4 - 8, 2012. We are flexible on the resort and even potentially on the date as long as it's in February and not over Valentine's Day.

This would be for 4 adults and 1 child (age 7) and would need to include the Disney Dining Plan.

I just called and there is availability, but the points are different that your calculations:

March 7-12, 2012 (5 nights) in a 1 bedroom villa

Animal Kingdom (Both Jambo and Kidanni and available)
Savannah view = 196 points
Standard view = 164 points

The cost is $11pp

Value room = (sold out)
Standard room = 32 points per night (Sun-Th) and 34 per night (Fri-Sat) = 164
Savannha view = 38 points per night (Sun-Th) and 41 per night (Fri-Sat) = 196

I personally would recommended a 2 bedroom as your best option, but you can fit 5 (very tight) at BLT (sold out), Animal Kingdom, and Old Key West.
