I have 71 banked points available for rent coming in August 2006. If more points are needed I may consider using my new points coming in August.

Are these points transferable? What is you home resort?

I asked Disney about this and if someone else has banked points, they can't be transferred to another member. Transferred points have to be used by their original use year and can't be banked or borrowed once transferred.
