I have up to 0 AKV points for rent at $12.50 per point. June UY but that shouldn't matter too much. I can book AKV at 11 months out. I can book other resorts, based on availability, from 7 months out.

50% payment due at time of reservation confirmation. Remaining 50% due at 90 days from check-in date. Any additional costs (dining plan or other) due at the time when I am charged. I will be flexible on booking dining plan and scheduling Disney's Magic Express.

Basic contract will be sent with terms and conditions.

It is available but I cannot book until May 1 (Friday) at the 7-month window. It would be 36 points.

I can book Animal Kingdom Villas - Kidani Village for that same time period. Standard View is 33 points. Savanna View is 42 points.

The only availability for a studio for those dates is at Saratoga Springs (48 points). Wilderness Lodge shows no availability.
