I have 58 points to rent. My home resort is AKV and I can make reservations there up to 11 months in advance. I can reserve all other DVC resorts up to 7 months in advance. The price is $11 per point.

If you are interested either post here or send me a private message with what you're interested in. Your dates of travel with check in and check out, the type of accommodation such as studio, 1 bedroom, etc., and which resort you'd like.

I'll check availability and let you know the results. If you decide to go ahead with the reservation I'll email you the confirmation letter and a contract from me. Once you print and review the contract you'll need to sign it and mail it back to me along with full payment. Payment can be made by check, money order, or paypal. I would need to receive this by 30 days from the date I email you the contract.

But, I'd much rather rent from a DVCer and stay somewhere like the Animal Kingdom Villas. I think we would need a 2 bedroom.

Any idea how many points it would take an if it's available?

Hi Andy,

You would need between 243 to 372 points for a 2 bedroom. It would depend upon what category of room was available. Ex. value, standard, or savannah. I don't have enough points for this but try another member on this site. Because the reservation would be less than 7 months away any member with enough points could book it for you.

Hi,

I don't require any deposit. If the reservation is available (which it should be). I would email you a contract and confiirmation and then would require full payment within 30 days of that email. You could pay be check, money order, or paypal.

If you need to change your reservation for any reason I will do my best to accommodate you providing member services has availability. If I'm unable to rent out the points used for a cancelled reservation there would be no refund.
