Just curious...is Timekeeper open and if so, does it have weird hours?
Also...Carousel of Progress?
Thanks!

Does anyone know if Columbus Day weekend is considered "busy times"? We'll be there then and would like to see Carousel of Progress, really missed seeing it last year. We'll be there all that week, but if I thought it would be open I'd make sure and do MK during the weekend!

So far the pattern of those two attractions running seems to preclude them from being open during long weekends. They generally appear to open for busy weeks (Christmas, Easter, etc) rather than for just busy weekends.

I love COP. However, if they wanted to change one of these, I would not mind them changing Timekeeper.

COP and Timekeeper were both open over Christmas/NYE week this past year. But they were not open over MLK weekend in January. So I'm kind of doubtful that they'd be open for Columbus Day. Not a busy enough time probably. JMHO.:D

COP was open the Thursday before President's day, but not the Saturday of Pres w/e. However, Timekeeper was open that Saturday, but closed at 5.

If you notice either attraction is open, get on it ASAP. We found out that the Thursday we went on COP that it'd been open for an hour (at 4ish) and they were going to close for the day relatively soon.

I hope both open while you're there, Pattn. My kids are now understanding of mom and dad's obsession when either attraction is open and humor us. I've caught my 3yo singing "there's a great big beautiful tomorrow", so hopefully this means another generation will badger the powers that be to keep COP open!

I sure hope the COP is open when we are there for Christmas. It was not when we were there last October. I was so disappointed.
