CLOSED DVC Points for Rent $13.00/point

Hi Devonne,

Sounds exciting.

I can only book out that far at my home resort which is Saratoga Springs. Saratoga has studios available for that time. I can check all other resorts for your dates in another couple weeks when my 7 month window opens. How many will you be traveling with? Does the extra space and amenities of a 1 bedroom (full kitchen, laundry) appeal to you? Are you wanting to be close to any particular theme park? Visit the Disney website and browse the DVC resorts to get a feel of them all. They are awesome properties, and the different resorts have distinct theming and appeal. I'm biased to Saratoga, which is why I own there. Let me know if you would like other resorts checked in a couple weeks when my non-home resort window opens. Thanks!

To answer your questions:

1. It's just me and Hubby, so we really don't need extra space; only need a studio.
2. BWV appeals to us because it's close to both Epcot and DHS, and AKV just looks neat, although I do like how your SSR looks because it's close to DTD and seems like it would be a "quieter" place to stay. On that note, I know you're biased to SSR, but what is it about that resort that makes it stand out over others?
3. If you wouldn't mind checking on BWV and AKV when your 7-month window opens, that would be great.

Lastly, just to let you know, we haven't booked our flights yet, because Southwest hasn't released flights for May yet. So, we're PLANNING on a Sunday - Thursday stay, but it's going to depend on the price of flights for that week. If I make my reservations with you now, and assuming the dates I want are still available, would I be able to adjust accordingly? Or would it be easier for you if I just wait and request/rent my stay once I have my flights nailed down?

I guess my reason for leaning towards Saratoga is :
- quieter spacious resort
- ability to park close to unit
- ability to have evening walks to DTD
- our children really like the pool areas
- beautiful grounds

Like I mentioned before, each resort is beautiful and has its own unique appeal.

I'm not sure when SW airlines releases their next batch of dates, but it may be soon. I am willing to do what I can to modify reservations for renters so long as there is availibility. It is certainly easier to wait till your flights are secured, but I am willing to do what I can to modify for you.
