The basic idea is to fill an envelope with coupons and send it to the next person. That person takes out the coupns they want and put new coupons in and mail it to the next person. Then the cycle repeats to the next person.

Ok, that makes 7 which I think is a good number so that the envelope will get around quickly. I will PM everyone and collect addresses and then I will start the envelope. If someone else wants to start an envelope too, we could get more coupons more often.
