Poly is very expensive for DVC members to book. Easier to book directly through Disney to stay there.
Your best bet is to stay at a Disney Vacation Club Resort. Would you like me to check one of those?

I can book at BLT 7 months in advance only. You need to book through someone who owns at BLT in order to book 11 months in advance.
