Hi, and thanks for the inquiry. For transfers in the past, we would arrange a time that's convenient to both of us when Member Services in open. You make payment via Venmo while I call Member Services and give them my contract information, then I add you to the call so that you can provide your information for Member Services to put the points into your contract. If you'd like more information, references, etc., then I can send you a private message.
