If you have points at the resort you are interested in, then 11 months in advance, so Aug 2016. Otherwise it is 7 months in advance,so it would be December 2016.

There are no rooms available at Grand California for any nights in August.

You pretty much have to book there at 7 months in advance to have any chance of getting a room because the DVC is so small.

would you ever rent out less then 100, my first preference to stay is 8 days at boardwalk in a studio (all we need) but that is less then 100 points?
other wise my request is as follows
•Date of arrival- April 15, 2017
•Date of departure - April 23, 2017
•Resort Preference(s)(board walk) or AKL
•Room Preference(s) studio (if animal kingdom would like club level)

That would be close enough to a 100 points, so sure. The only thing is that unless someone has BWV or AKV points they can' make that reservation till 7 months in advance, ie Sept.

There are no rooms available at BCV or BWV for even a single night.

Only SSR 1 bedroom has all nights. OKW and AKV have partial nights, missing nights would have to be at SSR.

I'm assuming this is for a studio. Now many nights are you looking for and is it just for Dec?

OKW is available from Dec 10 onward.
SSR is available all Dec.

AKV savanna is available from Dec 12 on.
Poly standard is available Dec 13 onward.

The other resorts have spotted availability and is going to change pretty quickly at the 7 month mark, so
