I have 947 points for rent, 617 at SSR and 310 at OKW. These are good for any reservations starting Dec 1st, 2016 or later. The rate is $13.00/point. Payment is via PayPal plus any PayPal fees. Minimum reservation is for 100 points.

I can also book Disney Dining and the Magical Express for you.

I can also do a point transfer but given the one transfer per year rule, the minimum for a point transfer is 200 points.

Free dining is only available when booking a cash room with Disney.

The 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom are only available at Kidani, Jumbo is missing the 2 bedroom. Point cost are 181 points for the 1 bedroom and 236 for the 2 bedroom.

This is more than 7 months out, so I can't book this till April 11th. I would suggest that you book things right at 7 months if you are interested as that is a very popular time for DVC bookings.

The only availability for June 13-18, 2016 is a studio at SSR for 84 points and a 1 bedroom at SSR for 170 points.

Because I would have to borrow to make this reservation, payment in full is required prior to me borrowing the points to make the reservation, which would be refunded in full if the room becomes unavailable.

A BWV standard studio is not available for any days on Dec 1-13. The only resort that has all those dates is SSR.

For Dec 13-17 the POLY is available for 70 points, but not the VGF.

If I broke up the dec 1-13 as a split stay Epcot resort and animal kingdom ideally 4 days animal kingdom jambo house 1-4 December rest at Epcot studio boardwalk or beach club 4-13 okay to do deluxe studio is there availability for this?

Here is what is available over Dec 1-13 at any resort

AKV standard/savanna 10-13
OKW 7-13
SSR has all the dates available

That is it. The Epcot resorts have not a single night available. The only way to get an Epcot resort is in a 1 bedroom

BWV standard has 9-13
BCV 9-13

Once the 7 month window opens for dec 9 those 1 bedrooms are going to go. December is the most popular time for DVC bookings, hence the low availability of rooms.

VWL is only available starting Dec 10th and that is probably because the 7 month window for that doesn't open till tomorrow, so I suspect the 10th will disappear tomorrow morning.
