I think the problem is that I do not have 10 posts to non-rental boards. I will go to other boards and try to rack up 10 posts so we can IM. I will be back in an hour or so. They say after 10 posts it will take an hour to release me to IM.

Looks like it will be longer than an hour. They are limiting the frequency I can add posts. I will reach out when the board lets me.
