It is available. That is a Monday to Monday FYI. You could easily fit into a 2 bedroom which is as low as 232 points. A three bedroom is 563 points (big difference). A nice in-between would be a Tree House Villa. You get your own "tree house"which sleep up to 9 people. Those are 295 points for those dates.
