I have 200 BWV points for rent at $12 per point. I am an experienced renter and I will provide you a contract. My use year is August, but I can bank/borrow to fit your needs. 136 points are from the current 2012 use year and are available for transfer. Now is the time to book your Food & Wine reservations!

I just wanted to make things clear about how my points can be used. These points can be used for Boardwalk Villas in the 11 month window or any DVC resort in the 7 month window. As of TODAY (12/9/2012) the BWV exclusive 11-month window is for reservations starting on or before 11/9/2013 and the 7-month window at any DVC resort is for reservations starting on or before 7/9/2013.

All 200 points are still available. I was holding back some 2012 BWV points for a waitlist, but I figured that Member Services can take from my 2013 use year if it comes through. So ... I actually have 136 points that I can transfer.

I am looking for a studio or one bedroom anywhere in Disney checking in on Monday, Jan 7 and checking out on Wednesday, Jan 9. (2 nights) I know it's short notice and I don't know if anything is available. It would be for three adults. I am very open to anywhere in DVC.

There is availability at Saratoga Springs in both a studio and 1BR, but unfortunately I am out of points! Sorry! I hope someone else can help you.
