Closed: 500+ Points for Rent

This points are all rented out. I'll have another 500+ points by the end of this week or early next week once the new contract gets loaded into my membership.

I have 500+ BWV points available for rent.

For rentals within 7 months or less the rate is $11/point and can be booked at any resort.
For rentals within 7-11 months the rate is $12/point and can only be used at BWV.
For rentals under 100 points +$1/point.

I will also take requests for Food & Wine 2013 with a 10% deposit, balance payable at the time the reservation is made, if the reservation can’t be made, then full refund of the reservation. This is also +$1/point.

Please don't ask for BWV or BCV rooms for F&W this year, everything at those two resorts is completely booked up.

Sure I'll do a transfer depedning on the amount of points you are looking for. Only one transfer allowed per UY and membership though, so price is $12/point for the transfer.

Sorry, but that is F&W time so there is nothing at BWV or BCV. F&W is the most popular time for the Epcot resorts and you need to book there a lot further in advance. For example I already have 3 people waiting to book for next year's F&W.

There actual isn't any resort that has all those nights available in a studio. SSR is the closest, but it is still missing 1 night.

Sorry, only the night of the 15th is available.

A 2 bedroom at SSR is available for 111 points or at OKW for 101 points.

While a 3 bedroom at SSR is available for 229 points

The treehouse are available the nights of the 15, 16, 17 and 18.

Yes it is 109 points. There is no daily cleaning of the room.

Sorry, there is only 1 night available. None of the resorts have all those nights in a 1 or 2 bedroom.

OKW has 23-26 in a studio and 21-23 in a 1 bedroom. Doing that split stay is pretty much the only way you could stay in a DVC room.
