I have 500+ points to rent for stays up to 11 months out at most DVC resorts (7 months out at BLT, GFV, BWV). I use a simple electronic rental contract and accept payment via PayPal. Transfers may be possible.

** Minimum rental size is 200 points per room -- no exceptions, sorry! **

Rental price per point is:
$11.00 if you rent 400 or more points
$11.50 if you rent 350-399 points
$12.00 if you rent 300-349 points
$12.50 if you rent 250-299 points
$13.00 if you rent 200-249 points

I am looking to stay in the Boardwalk Villas on Friday Dec. 12th leaving on Wed, Dec 17th for 5 nights. I will need three separate villas. One studio, One 1-bedroom villa, and One 2-bedroom villa. This will be a total of 330 points I think. I am trying to set up a great vacation for me and my sister and my mother. The dates are flexible in December. We just need to either arrive on a Friday and depart on a Wednesday....or arrive on a Tuesday and depart on a Sunday so the kids are only out three days from school. Can you help with this? Thanks.
