I have 35 points that must be used by April 1, 2021. I can add an additional 24 points direct buy from Disney if you need a little more than the 35.

I would like to rent as close to the 54 as possible. Can be used at ANY resort.

Payment is accepted via PayPal and if you use Friends and Family there is no service charge. If you use standard PayPal payment, I will add a 2.99% fee to cover their charge. I require 75% payment at reservation and 25% 35 days prior to check-in. For stays within the next 45 days, I require full payment at time of booking.

Sept 15-17 (my moms birthday)
Looking at VGF or others you may recommend? RIV or POL.

Lottie, There are a number of options available for the dtaes you are looking at:

Polynesian Deluxe Studio - Lake View is 40 points
Bay Lake Tower Deluxe Studio - Lake View is 34 points
Beach Club Deluxe Studio - 30 Points
Copper Creek with Walk in Shower Deluxe Studio - 30 Points

The other resorts only have limited availability of 1 night.

I called DVC to be sure they could meet the accessibility requirement for you and they have a number of resort options for your dates...see below for points in each resort:
Old Key West - 20 points, Saratoga Springs 22 points, Bay Lake Tower 34 points, Polynesian 40 points, Copper Creek 30 Points, Bolder Ridge 30 Points, Boardwalk 30 Points, Copper Creek 30 points.

I could help you with booking on any of these. Polynesian I would just need to buy 5 one time use points to get you to the 40 points needed.
