As of this writing, the price is a baragin at only $6.34 per point. Compare that to $10-$12 per point generally offered here and other locations. The auction listing is for a guaranteed reservation, but, if the winning bidder wishes, I will make other arrangements.
Of the 296 points in the auction, 128 were banked from our April 2003 use year and must be used by March 31, 2005. The other 168 points are from this year and are good, if banked, until March 31, 2006.
