Experienced renter with several repeat renters -- If requested I have several references I can provide.
I would also be willing to transfer points from my account to another member's account - minimum 100 points.
For reservations between now and 7 months out -- I can book at ANY resort.
For reservations with a checkin date between 7-11 months, I can only book at my home resorts.
My points are split between two home resorts.
* Boulder Ridge Villas at Disney's Wilderness Lodge (formerly named Villas at Wilderness Lodge VWL)
* Animal Kingdom Lodge (AKL)
For reservations from Jan 2017 - May 31, 2017 I have:
* 212 Points for VWL
* 75 Points for AKL
Again, these points need to be used for reservations for stays completed by May 31st, 2017. I am renting these points for $14 per point.
I also have some points available for reservations starting after June 1st, 2017 and will be able to book Reservations at Boulder Ridge or AKL 11 months out or at any other resort 7 months out.
For reservation from June 1, 2017 - May 31, 2018 I have:
* 210 Points for VWL
* 100 Points for AKL
I am renting these points for $14 per point.

- Resort
- Room Type (Please try to be resort specific where applicable – i.e. view, preferred area, etc.)
- Check In Date
- Check Out Date
- Number of Adults (age 18 and over)
- Number of Children (age 17 and under)
Once availability is confirmed, I will need additional details to book (such as exact names, mailing address, age of any children). I also require a rental agreement. This protects you and protects me. Then, I will make the reservation and forward the confirmation email from Disney when I receive it - this typically takes 24-48 hrs after the reservation is made. Once confirmation email is received, I require full payment within three business days. I prefer Paypal for both my security and the security of the renter. Renter pays any Paypal fees (typically 3% if goods/services is chosen).
Magical Express arrangements can be added if needed. Dining plan can also be added but renter must pay directly to Disney via a 3-way conference call. Or you can pay me directly via Paypal and I can add the dining plan once payment is received.
