I wouldn't advise to gamble on waiting for a theme park view-they tend to book early with owners.

Unfortunately nothing theme park is available for that week - no view is available for all nights either. The first 2 nights aren't available for a lake view studio and the 2nd night isn't available for a lake view 1br. Sorry.

Let me know if you're flexible on dates at all to check for something else.

The system is down until this afternoon. But from checking for others for different October times, your odds aren't great. You might get lucky on a cancellation, but if you're locked into this time I'd start thinking about alternative plans.

I'll check this afternoon and let you know for sure though.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news for both of you, but there is nothing available across all DVC for either of your trips (I think there was one night available for one of you - at any resort). October is very popular with DVC and is booked to the gills. You might get lucky with a cancellation, but as I've mentioned to other October travelers - I'd come up with a plan B for your stay and not count on a DVC rental.

The week you're asking about is actually one of the most popular weeks of the year for DVC (low point season + xmas decor = desirable time to visit). I notice you've been asking different renters about this time frame, so hopefully this will save you some effort asking different owners.

Almost all of the DVC properties are completely booked for that week. The only studio available for more than 2 consecutive nights is SSR - (available 3 nights 12/2-12/4 (check out 12/5), 12/6). The only 1BR available for more than 2 consecutive nights is also SSR (5 nights of 11/30-12/4 (check out 12/5), 12/6). It looks like you're going to have trouble finding a room for the night of 12/5 (Thurs) anywhere.

So it looks like if you want the first week of Dec your best option would be up to 5 nights in a 1BR at SSR (11/30 - 12/5). Otherwise I think you need to pick a different timeframe, or look outside of DVC for the first week of Dec.

Studio at AKL or VWL for check-in December 5 and check out December 9. Please no bunk-bed rooms though. A one bedroom might work if studios are not available.

Also, we have a contract we have used in the past to rent our own points, are you open to using it for this?

That is one of the most popular weekends for DVC of the year, so there is only the scant single night available here and there across all the DVC resorts.

You might get lucky (extremely lucky) with someone checking and snagging a cancellation. But if this is your locked in time, I'd recommend an alternative plan like booking a cash room through CRO.

Now I am looking for three one bedroom units -- if you have enough points available. if not, I am still interested in renting points for two one bedroom units. Same dates as above. I just checked online - no Standards, but it does show Lake and Theme available (I don't know how to check for multiple rooms online - I can verify 2 rooms available with MS this afternoon). I'll have to borrow forward to get both rooms, but I can do that.

Send me an email to my gmail account - cvail71, with names and ages of all parties (break out into separate rooms, please), address, and cell# for contact during trip (all Disney required info), and we can move forward from there.
