I have 150 or so Poly points that I'm willing to rent for $16/point, firm. (I'd rather keep the points for any less.) Poly is wide open past the 7 month window.

I'm an experienced renter and use a contract. I make your reservation and send you confirmation, and then you send me full payment.

I can add MDE and/or dining plan as you need.

Hi, forgive my ignorance as I'm new at this. Is there anything available at the Poly for the beginning of December, 5 nights?

The 7 month window for today is 12/7. Essentially, every day is being booked exactly at 7 months. There aren't enough Poly owners yet to fill the rooms at 11 months. So, with the exception of a rare instance when walked reservations tie up rooms a few days beyond the 7 month window, all of Poly is open from 7 months on. (walking is using the 7 day allowance to book days around the window.)

Poly is essentially booked through Dec 7 and is essentially wide open thereafter. Tomorrow, that'll be Dec 8, etc...

What specific dates do you have in mind?

I'm a poly owner. I can book 11 months out. I can book through early April of next year right now. Are those the dates you need, or something further out?

There are 13 DVC resorts. Owners at a particular resort can book that resort at 11 months. Owners from all 13 resorts can book at any of the other resorts at 7 months. As an owner, I can book Poly at 11 months.

Everything at Poly is wide open from Dec 8, on.

12/8-12/13 at Lakeview Studio is 108 points and avail. Same dates standard studio is 86 points and avail.

12/8-12/11 is avail. 12/6-12/7 are already rented. In the morning, 12/8 will prob sell out at 8am. I can rent 12/8-12/11 now.

The 7 month window where all DVC members can book is 12/7. Those days book up with each passing day first thing in the morning. Anything from 12/8 forward is open, anything from 12/7 back is gone with rare one day exceptions.
