I am a 20 year DVC member and very experienced renter that has DVC points for rent at several locations. I have a total of 350 points for rent and they are priced with the use year as follows:

100 BLT points (December 2022) - $20pp
111 SSR points (October 2022) - $18pp
150 OKW points (December 2022) - $18pp

I can ONLY book for reservations starting after October 1, 2022
I can book any available DVC resort for the next 7 months (up to December 2022)
I can book book BLT, OKW, and SSR for the next 11 months (up to April 2023)

2. Check-out date
3. Room type (studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom)

There are lots of availability, but I have to pass on this request as it is well below 100 points and I own over 2,000 points and now need to limit rentals to around 100 points to stay below the 20 reservation limit. Here are some options for the dates you requested and I suggest searching for someone here that can book a smaller point reservation.

Studio January 13-15
BLT studio lake = 38 points
BLT theme park = 46 points
OKW = 28 points
