I am a 20 year DVC member and very experienced renter that has DVC points for rent at several locations. I have DVC points for rent and they are priced with the use year as follows:

I can ONLY book for reservations starting after December 1, 2022

100 BLT points (December 2022) - $20pp (I can borrow 150 more if needed)

1. Check-in date
2. Check-out date
3. Room type (studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom)
4. DVC location (SSR, OKW, BLT, AKV, etc.)

After I check availability, I will send you a Private Message or e-mail with the details and total price.

Payment terms - I accept Zelle, checks (personal, business or bank) or PayPal (add 3% to cover PayPal fees)

50% deposit when reservation is made
50% final payment 90 days before check-in

I just edited my first post to clarify that I can ONLY book for reservations starting after August 1, 2022 for SSR points and after December 1, 2022 for BLT/AKL/OKW points as my points for rent are August 2022, October 2022, and December 2022 contracts

Any 4 to 7 night stretch for a studio besides OKW and SRR between Sept 24th and Oct 8th. Will consider split stays and will pick up a regular room if all days are not available.

That entire time (Sept 24-Oct 8) is available in a studio lagoon view at VGF for all nights and I need specific dates to quite point cost as it varies by the dates chosen

BLT is available Oct 3-7 (4 nights) lake view = 92 points

I will "try" to hold 109 AKV points for you.......but can't make a promise as I am getting several requests and generally book whenever I exchange personal contact info (via PM) with someone and they are ready to book. the good news is that I have 109 December 2022 AKV points available right now

Also, please look at the difference between AKV Kidani Village and Jambo House as "many" people request Jambo House over Kidani Village as it is closer to the main lodge, restaurants and pool, but both locations are available. The Kidani pool is outstanding, parking is way easier under the buildings, and that building is dedicated for DVC guests and not mixed with nonDVC AKL hotel guests. I can book whatever location you want and just want to make sure you know the difference.

Due to the increased risk (need to be paid in full before transfer) and limit to my membership (only one per year) and hassle (have to call DVC on phone and may have LONG wait) I prefer to rent points and not do transfers.
