I have 10 Grand Floridian points available for Transfer or rent. These 10 points either need to be used for travel before October 2019 or if they are banked by May 31, 2019 they can be used from October 1, 2019 to September 30, 2020.

Yes. I have 145 points left and can book September at Grand Floridian already for that month. What dates were you looking at? There are studios available for most of September but they do tend to book up early.

If you are looking for a check in on September 21 and checking out on September 29 (8 night stay) then there is a standard studio still available which would be 145 points. The nights of September 29 and 30 are already sold out for standard studio.

Bay Lake Tower Lake View: Feb 1 and 2 (116 point)
Saratoga Springs Standard view: all dates you had are available (about 78 point)

I checked Grand Floridian and it is still available for July 21-25 although the first half of July is starting to sell out already.
Standard View studio would be 92 points
Lake View studio would be 108 points.
