I have 106 Bay Lake Tower (BLT) Points available for rent/transfer - $15.00 pt. plus 3% Paypal fee. Use year is Sept 2017 for the 100 points (Please note that the 6 points are banked and cannot be transferred and expire August 31, 2018). There is little to no availability from now until the end of December other than an occasional night here or there.

We're going this dec 7-23. I know a long shot but we hubby and I could use even maybe two nights by ourselfs somewhere else without the grown children and new baby. Thanks I was thinking of buying into poly or AK. But would entertain monorail or we've stayed at the boardwalk and it was nice too. Thanks

Unfortunately they are no availabilities at BLT, AK, Poly or even VGF during those dates you provided.

Only SSR had a studio for two consecutive nights for the date ranges of Feb 7 to Feb 11.

I'm not sure if I completely understand your question but If I cancel an existing reservation 30 days or less I don't lose my points but they are placed in a holding status which prevents me from banking the points and limits how far in advance I can book another reservation.
