Thanks again for the advice and info — thought I’d post the conclusion to this. We decided to book a suite at Art of Animation as our “fallback plan” — fully cancellable and somewhere we will be okay with if we end up not being able to book DVC. Have an accepted offer for another set of OKW pts, so start the waiting game of ROFR again.

And the final conclusion to this came today -- got our DVC points in our account and was able to book a 2BR at OKW (near hospitality house was waitlist, but farther out was available). So, booked OKW for the week and cancelled the fallback to Art of Animation. Now just have to (impatiently) wait for the end of November!
