Close Hotels with Kitchen Facilities

Hi Guys,

Just wondering of the close hotels, which ones have some kitchen facilities- a lot have a fridge/microwave available, just wondering if anyone knows of any that have more than this?

Residence Inn's have full kitchens.

I have not stayed at the Anaheim property but their two bedroom suites are the best deal on the market usually for when you need more then one bedroom.

I am staying at Extended Stay America on Clementine. I paid $75/night through hotwire.

I stayed at Desert Palms in a Sahara Suite on West Katella. It is right next door to the 7/11 on the corner of Harbor and the same side of the street as the parks. It is 1/2 mile walk and took about 10-15 minutes to walk or you could cross Harbor and take any of the Art busses to the next stop which was the parks. We had a full size refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, sink, dishwasher, plates etc. We ordered food from Vons and the hotel placed the food in the room before arrival including putting away perishables. The hotel also had free breakfast. I think the full kitchen is only included with a 1 bedroom suite - my room had two queen beds and a living room with a sofa bed.

Just returned from a week's stay at the new Homewood Suites, across from the Anaheim Convention Center. All of their suites have a kitchen that includes full size fridge with freezer, 2 burner stove, microwave, and dishes. Only thing missing is an oven (which wasn't an issue for us). Rate was very reasonable. It is about a mile from the parks, but right next door to the Toy Story parking lot with buses to the parks, which we used every day. The only time we walked was the morning we used our magic morning because the Toy Story buses don't start until one hour before normal park opening. I was extremely happy with my stay and this place will be at the top of my list for any return visits to Disneyland.

Another vote for the new Homewood Suites. It's relatively close like the previous poster said and they have a complimentary hot breakfast in the mornings. It's really a decent breakfast, a good mix of hot and cold things, and I think they even have make it yourself waffles!

I've stayed in this chain in other cities and it's great to be able to have a stove top so you can make easy things in a skillet or saucepan.

What kind of things did they have for dinner? We are staying here in August and trying to plan a weekly menu and grocery list.

1-bedroom (and larger) Villas at the Grand Californian have full kitchens.
