There's a 7-11 near the corner of Harbor and Katella, and some of the hotels have little grocery nooks. Not to mention the breakfasty foods available at DL itself, like yogurt parfaits and beignets.Just throwing it out there, but you could get a room with a microwave and fridge, then do a grocery order for food. (Or drive to target or Walmart if you will have a car) We usually get Jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches and warm them up in our room if we are at a hotel without breakfast. I throw some paper plates Into my luggage. I know it’s not the same, but it could help you get to the parks as quick as you want.

I would recommend the premium room at candy cane then. We stayed in a premium room with our kids. We have 2 teen boys and they almost always want a 2nd breakfast. So what we did was order extra ham and cheese croissants for the breakfast delivery. Then I brought ziplocks from home and we brought the extras in to the park and when they got hungry at 10am, they ate the croissants. They also did not eat all the doughnuts at breakfast so we saved those as well. (didn’t bring those into the park but left them in the room) As an added bonus, the breakfast delivery helped my kids wake up and they ate while my husband and I got ready. Then while the kids got ready, my husband and I ate. it saved a lot of time.Thank you, yes, we've done various versions of this over the years, but a hotel with a real breakfast is most preferred because it's less things I have to take care of, caters to my picky eaters, and fills everyone up enough that I'm not buying a 2nd breakfast in the park an hour later.
I think I have it narrowed down between Desert Palms and Springhill, leaning a little toward Desert Palms because there's no street to cross. We might be able to eat and run. I'm looking at october, so availability is limited across harbor at the light.
