Cloisenne or enamel?

I am kinda new to pin trading and would like to have cloisenne and enamel explained to me.

Cloisenne (pardon if mispelled) has a metallic look. You have to tip it at an angle sometimes to appreciate the image, or you just see a shimmering reflection otherwise.

The enameled pin looks coated with a clear layer. It does not shimmer like the cloisenne.

Yes, both are tradable and collectible.
