Clock on Cinderella's Castle

Can anyone tell me everything that the clock on Cinderella's Castle is measuring besides hours and minutes? What exactly are the two rotating circles measuring? Minutes? Hours? Days? Weeks? Seasons? I've always been fascinated with the clock but never quite sure all that it does. I'm sure someone here at the boards has the answer! Thanks for any help!
